Canaan Holdings LLC is committed to transparency regarding its corporate structure, affiliated businesses, professional service relationships, and potential conflicts of interest. Canaan Holdings LLC is a Delaware limited liability company serving as the parent holding company and enterprise support platform. Each separately organized subsidiary maintains its own legal identity, contractual obligations, and responsibilities under applicable law. Client engagements are governed by agreements with the appropriate service provider. Shared enterprise infrastructure does not eliminate confidentiality obligations or authorize unrestricted access to confidential client information. Affiliated referrals, shared resources, common ownership, and financial relationships may create actual or potential conflicts of interest. The parent company and subsidiaries remain subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and corporate separation does not eliminate liabilities imposed by law.
1. Corporate Structure and Affiliated Entities
Canaan Holdings LLC functions as an operating holding company. We provide shared infrastructure, governance, and strategic oversight to our subsidiary businesses. While we centralize certain operations, each subsidiary is a distinct legal entity responsible for its specific regulatory compliance and service delivery.
2. Corporate Separation, Conflicts, and Jurisdictional Disclosures
Canaan Holdings LLC is a Delaware limited liability company serving as the parent holding company and enterprise support platform for affiliated businesses. Business Advisory / Fractional CFO is organized in Delaware and provides business strategy, financial analysis, budgeting, cash-flow planning, management reporting, and fractional CFO services. Canaan Sports Management LLC is organized in Delaware and provides athlete representation, NIL opportunities, commercial partnerships, career strategy, and deal coordination, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Canaan Family and Talent Services LLC is organized in Pennsylvania and provides family and talent coordination, administrative support, personal enterprise planning, and professional relationship management. Each separately organized subsidiary maintains its own legal identity, contractual obligations, and responsibilities under applicable law. The companies may share administrative infrastructure, management resources, technology, operational systems, and other enterprise capabilities, but shared infrastructure does not eliminate confidentiality obligations or authorize unrestricted access to confidential client information. Each client engagement is governed by a separate written agreement identifying the responsible service provider, services, fees, and contractual obligations.
3. Proposed Fintech Initiative

Operating in Pennsylvania or serving clients in other states may trigger additional registration, licensing, privacy, consumer protection, and professional obligations.
4. Advisory Limitations
The Canaan Athlete Enterprise Registry is a proposed fintech initiative undergoing product development and validation. It is proposed as a platform designed to support evidence-backed NIL records, commercial value profiles, sponsorship documentation, and university review processes. It is not an operational service, launched platform, or currently available product, and its inclusion in the enterprise structure does not represent approval by any regulatory authority. The proposed Registry entity is identified by the owner as organized in Delaware.
